The Do-Over is a summertime party in L.A. founded by Aloe Blacc, Stones Throw behind-the-scenes architect Jamie Strong & Chris Haycock featuring a who's who of mystery guests. Their limited 10-inch record series featuring exclusive tracks from guests of the party. Each volume is limited to 1,000 copies, featuring deluxe artwork/packaging by a different graphic designer.
Volume 2 is a Southern California affair from The OC to The OX. "This" Side features DJ Rhettmatic of the World Famous Beat Junkies showcasing his chops on the MPC producing one of the hardest hitting beats we've heard in years, while Stones Throw's MED raps about a day in the life at The Do-Over.
This time Kristian Henson of Studio No. 1 fame adds his influence on the packaging with a special diamond diecut outer sleeve exposing the contrasting inner sleeve which contain a special marble blue vinyl.
This item is not shrinkwrapped, but comes in a plastic sleeve.
