Discount percentages are taken off the product price of each item once you add the item(s) to your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout process.  On the Customer Information screen,enter your discount code in the box that says, "Gift Card or Discount Code" and click "Apply".  All coupon codes are case sensitive and should be typed in UPPERCASE.  Please double check your order before submitting it. Although we always strive to make it easy to checkout, we are not responsible for any events outside of our control, including but not limited to: individual computer or server connection issues and any delayed downtime that may occur while shopping on our site. We are not able to adjust or apply the coupon code to any previously placed orders. You may use one valid coupon code per order. 

Due to the nature of the discounts, we are unable to offer free shipping over $100 for the 40% & 50% off discounts.  Free shipping will be reactivated on Friday, November 27, 2020 at noon PST.
