Discounts are taken off the price of each item once you add the item(s) to your shopping cart and proceed through checkout. Enter the discount code during Step 5: Order Confirmation in the blue box that says, "Redeem a Gift Certificate or Coupon". Coupon codes are case sensitive and should be typed in uppercase. One discount code per order. Does not apply to 10Deep, Jeffrey Campbell, Aesop Rock Archive/autographed items, Kidrobot x RED x Keith Haring Collection, Record Store Day items, music, and other select items at the request of the manufacturers.
If you are trying to pick up your order, please place your order normally and place a note in the comments box "I would like to do an in-store pickup" We will call you once your order is ready and issue you a refund for the shipping.
We are not able to adjust or apply the coupon code to any orders placed before this time period. If you receive the following message, “The coupon code you entered couldn't be applied to any items in your order.” the coupon code may have already expired or was entered incorrectly. Please try the next available coupon code.
Please double check your order, particularly your billing and shipping information. Incorrect billing information will cause your order to be declined.
You can anticipate that there will be server and connection problems on the web on Black Friday. Please try to remain calm and retry your order at a later point if it does not go through the first time. You should receive an order number via email once your order is placed.
